Return & Exchange Policy

At TUNNAVAYA, each garment is handcrafted in limited batches with deep care, cultural inspiration, and attention to detail. As a result, we maintain a return and exchange policy that balances customer satisfaction with the integrity of artisanal production.


1. No Returns

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on any orders once placed.


2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact

If all conditions are met, we will offer a one-time exchange or store credit.

Note: Minor irregularities in embroidery, print, or weave are not considered defects — they are signatures of handcraft.


3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at hello@tunnavaya.in with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product received

  • Description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps. If the exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for securely shipping the item back to us unless the error is from our side.


4. Custom & Altered Orders

Products that have been custom-sized, altered, or personalized on request are not eligible for exchange under any circumstance.


5. Color Disclaimer

While we do our best to capture product colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting. Such differences are not eligible for exchange.


6. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately. In rare exceptions, cancellations may be allowed if the product has not yet entered production — a 5% processing fee will apply.
