Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TUNNAVAYA, we ensure your order reaches you securely and in a timely manner, while preserving the craftsmanship of every piece we create.


1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship across India. Select international destinations may be supported on request or during special collections. Please reach out to us at hello@tunnavaya.in for international queries.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary based on product availability, customization, and delivery location.

  • Ready items are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days

  • Made-to-order or limited edition pieces may take up to 2–3 weeks for dispatch

Once dispatched :
Domestic (India) Order are delivered in 7 working days.
International Orders are delivered in 10-12 working days.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays, regional holidays, or weather disruptions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during checkout. In most cases, we offer free shipping across India.

For international orders, shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately before processing.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.


5. Delivery Delays

TUNNAVAYA is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


6. Packaging & Handling

Every TUNNAVAYA order is packed with care using sustainable or recyclable materials wherever possible. Garments are shipped with proper padding to ensure safe delivery.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.
